After installing the plugin go the plugin configuration page | Settings -> All In One SEO | from the dashboard.Now you will have a window as shown(the window shown may vary with plugin versions) :
After this just scroll down the All In One Seo configuration page and Put a check mark against each setting exactly as shown in the screenshots below :

Now after verifying settings once again scroll down a little bit more and click update options.The Settings would be changed and it would make sure your blog is SEO ready.
