Samsung Galaxy S3 probable launch in May,only 7mm thick

Another set of rumors are making a merry-go round on the interwebs for Samsung galaxy S3 probable launch date.This time the news comes from a  korean website that the next iteration of samsung Galaxy may launch in the month of may 2012.
Also Galaxy S3 is expected to be just 7mm thick,lesser  than galaxy S2 which is 8.49 mm thick

We already published the specifications of samsung galaxy S3 before and much of them remain same,expect the cam and processor.Galaxy S3 processor and camera still remain a mystery,but we are pretty sure the processor of SIII will be a powerful quadcore.

Updated rumored specs,

• 1.8 GHZ quadcore processor.
• Android 4.0 ice cream sandwich
• 2GB of ram and 32 GB of internal Memory.
• 4.5  inch Super-AMOLED Plus Display.
• Gorilla-Glass for resistance against scratch
•  Bluetooth 4.0, 8 MP rear Cam.
• Built In NFC
