In order to keep pace of contemporary business, many managers certainly thought about implementation of special software which can provide the opportunity to organize the work of a company virtually but in real time. Contemporary programs which are able to cope with such task can be without any exaggeration called virtual office. Before making a decision to implement such software into activity of a company, it is required to remember some plusses and minuses of such virtual collaboration tools from the point of view of different companies.

                Very much depends on the size of a company. For small companies (where there are up to 50 employees) software for task tracking can help to save some resources at the expense of rent of premises, because it will be unnecessary to rent premises for employees who will work from home. Such an advantage is a bonus for young companies who just start their activity and do not have many material sources. The same plus is fair also for necessary equipment. What concerns difficulties connected with implementation of software for virtual office from the position of small organizations, it is necessary to mention that expenses on the software can be too large for young or very small companies which have small amount of employees. There is a risk that such software will pay for itself very much not soon.

                  If a company is quite large (more than 250 employees), the obvious advantage of utilization of virtual collaboration software is the integration of all employees for collective work. In case if there are several branches of one organization is various countries it is possible to integrate them for easier management by means of such software. And workflow automation is one more bonus of using issue tracking software in large organizations because there are definitely more documents there than in smaller companies. If to speak about some hardships connected with implementation of virtual management office software in big companies, the difficulty of implementation is worth mentioning. It is rather hard to teach numerous employees how to use the new software correctly so that it could be helpful for their productivity.


                So, in order to take the right decision it is required to analyze the size of this or that company and only after that choose virtual collaboration tool for this company taking into consideration plusses and minuses in each specific case.
