A Blogger’s greatest plight is comment spam.Many people like to comment when they see an article that is of interest to them,but the main problem is that some webmasters don’t even read articles and just comment for the sake of backlinks.Nowadays its getting even worse because people have started using automated bots to spread the comment spam to blogs.

I have been covering articles on this very topic since a long time.I have in a previous article guided bloggers to use two free plugins available for fighting the wordpress spam,Akismet and NospamNx.But recently,i have been looking to get a plugin that has a complete Spam protection package,so that i have to use less plugins.
I am not saying that free plugins won’t work,NoSpamNx,GASP and other anti-bot spam protection plugins do that their job,but using too many plugins made the blog run slow because of too much use of resources and execution of MySql queries.
