instagram Camera All you need to know about the speculative Instagram Camera

A good photograph is not always about the picture itself – it has a character. This is more so with the modern photographic technology. After a series of high-end cameras, offering real-time and life-like photos, the photography world is in for yet another revolution in shooting technology.

ADR studio is busy these days working on the new and innovative Instagram camera, scheduled to be launched in the mid 2013. This year-end will witness a prototype of the much expected Socialmatic camera. ADR studio seems to have signed up with new business partners in order to accomplish the task. The company thanked Artem Shishakin – its private investor, telecommunications and Global Mobile Network- its design company for their assistance. The company has also claimed that its new invention will take social photography to a new level.

Unofficial details of the new camera

Instagram camera is still in its developing phase, there is no official word about its specifications. However, there are number of speculations revolving around the new concept. This product may feature a touch screen display with an in-built printer. It may also carry features like 16 GB memory capacity, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi for connectivity and instant sharing capabilities.

The new camera might have two independent camera lenses, one for ordinary shooting and the other for filtered shooting. The machine will also have an LED flash.

The Instagram application was very popular in the Apple’s and the Android’s application store. The application’s popularity was one reason as to why a physical Instagram camera’s anticipation is so hot.

This device is fitted with a camera and can also print pictures, just like Polaroids. The creator and founder – Antonio De Rosa claimed that there are no violations of trademark. There is more anticipation on the software and technical specifications of this new device.

Is there a case of infringement?

The shape of the instagram camera as revealed by ADR studio resembles the Instagram logo. Now this could be a case of infringement as the logo belongs to Facebook. If this shape is insisted upon, it could be sued by Facebook. ADR studio should keep this in mind and work on it as well.

Fund Raising Activity for the upcoming camera

Antonio De Rosa, the instagram camera designer, has taken big initiatives for raising fund for this new project. He believes that he could end up collecting $50,000 to help the process of production. The Italian designer has vowed discount for donators when they purchase the camera. The device is expected to be priced less than $350.

The company has further welcomed people to the new world of photography where shooters can now take photos, print them instantly and also apply filters. Every photo will have the Instagram account name of each photographer and QR codes. This will enable users to comment, scan and follow the photographer with his account.

In the meantime, ADR has also warned its customers against possible scam notices in connection with pre-orders of the camera. The product is not available for pre-orders yet.

To complement the new Instagram, you can count on the Instacube, a picture frame. This electronic frame pulls your photographs from the Instagram feeds and transfers them to a 7.52 inch device where it is displayed.

The world of technology today, is witnessing great joy with its new and luxurious product releases. As it has been in the past few years, 2013 will continue to be a glorious year for technology geeks.
